Thank you for your interest in hiring our facilities. 

Our school is committed to supporting the local community by making our spaces available for learning, recreation, and community activities.

Key Information for Hirers:

  • All bookings are managed by the Business Administrator, Headteacher and the Local Academy Committee (LAC).

  • Submitting this form does not guarantee approval. You will receive confirmation if your application is accepted.

  • Full payment must be made 7 days once Invoice is submitted to confirm the booking.

  • For long-term or block bookings, at least 4 weeks’ notice is required when applying.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on the notice period given (see policy for details).

  • Hirers are responsible for behaviour, safety, supervision of children, and leaving the hall clean and tidy.

  • Alcohol, smoking, and inappropriate use of the premises are not permitted unless specifically authorised.

  • All hirers must have public liability insurance and provide evidence of cover.
